You bet we do! We back each installation with our commitment to quality. If there’s a problem with the workmanship, we’ll make it right. We don’t leave jobs half-done or customers second guessing. Around here, our word means something.
How much will new floors cost me?
This depends on the materials you choose, the size of your space and whether we need to take out old flooring or move furniture. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a detailed estimate beforehand so you can know what to expect.
How should I get ready for installation day?
We’ll guide you through the prep. All you have to do is clear the room and move any small or breakable items. If you need help moving furniture or taking out old floors, let us know and we’ll take care of it for a small additional fee.
Can I see samples before I make a decision?
Of course! Samples are the heart of the shop-at-home experience. We bring a hand-picked selection of flooring samples to your home so you can see what they look like in your lighting and next your furniture, not just under showroom lights.
